About
PT Sarana Bahagia Berkah is a company that connects partners, cattle importers, and slaughterhouses. The process involves partners purchasing cattle through PT Sarana Bahagia Berkah, which then procures BX Steer cattle from cattle importers, followed by slaughtering and distribution to beef traders.
Current Process
Previously, transactions between partners and the company were handled manually. Partners had to meet in person or communicate via WhatsApp/phone to create contracts and receive updates on contract progress.
Objective
The company wanted to build a digital transaction platform where transactions, contract progress updates, and documents could be accessed digitally by both partners and the company.
Results
Developed a Flutter-based mobile application for partner transactions, an Admin UI for data management, and a REST API to bridge them.
Tech Stack
The mobile application was built using Flutter, focusing primarily on Android with the flexibility to compile for iOS. The backend was built using Laravel to provide the API and Admin UI. From the ground up, the architecture was designed with future scalability in mind.
